Hamlin School
San Francisco, California

The building now called Stanwood Hall is the historic, 27,000 square foot main building at Hamlin School. Built in 1900 for James L. Flood, the building has been the property of Hamlin School since 1928. The seismic upgrade project included programmatic upgrades to the building. Carey & Co., consultant to project architect Turnbull Griffin Haesloop, began by preparing a Building Evaluation Report. We then prepared specifications for the repair of historic materials, including woodwork, plaster, hardware and stone.
